How to make a request
Email jn@nixontravel.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name and telephone number or email address you used to contact Nixon Travel so we can locate the correct records.
WhatsApp requests
You can also send “DELETE MY DATA” from the same WhatsApp number used for your enquiry. We may contact you through that number to confirm the request before deleting information.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify that it relates to you, and remove or anonymise information that we are not required to retain. We will explain if booking, payment, safeguarding, insurance or other legal records must be kept for a period.
