What we collect
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, journey details, passenger and accessibility requirements, messages with our team, and the status and reference of a payment. We do not receive or store your full card details; card payments are processed by Stripe.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, take bookings, plan and deliver journeys, contact passengers, allocate suitable drivers and vehicles, keep operational and financial records, prevent misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta provides us with your WhatsApp number, profile name where available, message content, and message delivery information. We record the conversation in KINNECT so our team can respond and manage any resulting booking. WhatsApp and Meta also process information under their own privacy terms.
Who receives it
Information is shared only where needed with our authorised staff, the driver or escort delivering the journey, and service providers that support our booking, communications, payment and IT systems. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry or service, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal, safeguarding, insurance and accounting requirements. Unsuccessful enquiries may be removed sooner than completed booking and financial records.
Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain uses. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it or where they are needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
